📈 Leveling Commands Feature
The Leveling Commands feature in AdmiBot promotes user engagement by allowing members to gain experience points (XP) and level up through their interactions in the server. This feature includes a leaderboard, rank checking, and the ability to assign perks at different levels.

Description: Displays the leaderboard showing the top users based on their levels and XP.
Usage:
/leaderboard
📝 Note: This command provides an overview of the most engaged members in the server.

Description: Shows the rank and level of a specified user or the command caller if no user is mentioned.
Usage:
/rank <optional: user>
📝 Note: If a user is specified, their ranking information will be displayed; otherwise, it will show the rank of the command issuer.
🔄 /leveling toggle <on/off>
/leveling toggle <on/off>
Description: Toggles the leveling system on or off for the server.
Usage:
/leveling toggle <on/off>
📝 Note: Disabling leveling will pause XP accumulation for all users.
🔑 Permissions Required: Administrator permission.
📢 /leveling channel <#channel>
/leveling channel <#channel>
Description: Sets a specific channel for leveling notifications and announcements.
Usage:
/leveling channel <#channel>
📝 Note: This channel will be used to notify users of their level-ups and other leveling-related updates.
🔑 Permissions Required: Administrator permission.

Description: Assigns a specific role as a perk for reaching a designated level.
